our clients.
- Assisting the
Trustee or Secured Party in the valuation of the
assets.
- Obtaining lien
searches and preparing and sending notices of sale
to all concerned parties when required.
- Selling at auction /
liquidation the full scope of assets including
leases and other intangibles.
- Preparing the assets
for sale.
- Plan and implement appropriate
marketing techniques.
- Professionally
conduct the sale of personal and real property
assets by auction or liquidation.
- Provide personnel
throughout the entire process, including collecting
of the sale proceeds and supervising the removal of
assets.
- Remit the net
proceeds of the sale along with a detailed report of
sale within ten (10) business days after final
removal of items sold.
Henry A. Leonard & Co, Inc. performs all auction
bookkeeping on site and can provide a computerized recap
at the conclusion of the auction. Workers'
compensation and general liability insurance are carried
and we are licensed to collect sales tax when applicable
in the states where the auction is conducted.
